Leigh Jo is the most spectacular realtor I have ever met.  He fights for you as the client and will go above and beyond to get you what you want.  Before working with him I experienced a complete nightmare with a different realtor.  Working with Leigh Jo was night and day.  He got me the house that I always dreamed of, lower than asking and got my closing costs covered, as well as an added home warranty, my earnest money back plus some.  This man is amazing and I can’t say enough about what a stellar experience I had with him.  He knows his stuff.
