Like interest rates, mortgage terms and programs can change like the wind. Even if you have already been pre-qualified, the bank you are working with may have recently changed their requirements. We can contact your mortgage lender to determine if recent financing guidelines will impact your eligibility.
Under normal circumstances, it can be fun to bring relatives and/or friends along to view homes. Since we are in a unique phase of social interaction, it is best that we respect the recommended social distancing standards of no more than 5 people (including your Realtor) and when possible, at least 6 feet apart.

Plus, some essential service providers have opted not to do business for an extended period of time. This has created a delay and difficulty in getting inspections as well as other contractors to accommodate deadlines. Below you will learn more about how this can effect a transaction.
